Twospouts is a controller under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Twospouts (“we”, “us”, “our”) recognises the importance of your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information we collect about you.

What types of information do we collect?
Twospouts gathers three types of information about you:

Collection of aggregate data
Twospouts collects non-personal information in aggregate form to track data such as total visits to the website, visits to specific areas, and the domain names of visitors’ internet service providers. The company uses this information to improve the services it provides.

Twospouts’s web servers record your IP address — this assists in diagnosing problems and providing support.

Twospouts takes reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, but we maintain procedures to minimise the effects of any breach and liaise with the ICO and you as appropriate.

Destruction of your personal information
Twospouts will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information about you once it is no longer required.

Twospouts may make changes to this privacy promise from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
